My Story

The Holistic Oasis Clinic was set up by Nav Matharu Osteopath as a way of offering natural solutions to Health, Healing and Relaxation. Nav Matharu started off her career working as a News Anchor in the USA while studying Anthropology and Psychology. There she met many Chiropractors and Osteopaths and was fascinated by their work. She later returned to England, where she graduated from Oxford with her BSc(Hons)Osteopathy qualification.
As an Osteopath, Nav Matharu believes in the holistic treatment model to empower her patients and their innate healing mechanism. Nav is also involved passionately in working with Charities. Through her work in Humanitarian Medical Work, Nav remarks “people seldom realize how lucky they are in the UK to have access to free healthcare, in many countries; people are in desperate pain and dying on hospital steps because they don’t have the money to pay for treatment. As an Osteopath, It doesn’t matter to me if my patients are small or large, rich or poor, if I can help them, then that’s what I do, it’s my moral obligation as a human-being, osteopath and humanitarian to be sincere and to reach out”
Holistic Oasis Clinic offers premiere treatments while at the same time keeping the cost of treatments reasonable so that everyone across the broad spectrum can afford treatment. The main concern is our patients Health, Comfort and Safety while under our care. The financial implications come later!
As a means of helping impoverished populations in the City of Birmingham and Africa, Nav Matharu has incorporated a simple method to make a global difference from a local level. £1 from each treatment goes towards Charity.
